GSB | B Corp™ operates at the forefront of wealth management and personal and institutional financial planning, with a strong commitment to long-term value creation. The organization places equal importance on human growth and financial guardianship, aiming to co-create prosperity for all stakeholders. As a Certified B Corporation™, GSB meets rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. We are looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant who will also function as the Office Manager. The role is based in Geneva, supporting the Managing Partner in delivering exceptional service to ultra high net worth clients. Additionally ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining up-to-date records in systems. The Relationship Manager Assistant collaborates closely with internal teams such as operations, compliance, and investment specialists to ensure smooth execution of client requests and an excellent client experience.

We look for three qualities above all: drive, intelligence and integrity. GSB offers genuine flexibility over working hours, with home working by arrangement, and the role will suit someone entirely dependable who enjoys working independently and as part of a strong, virtual, multinational team.
